    Last week, we had the opportunity to spend time wi Last week, we had the opportunity to spend time with the teams at Reno Machine Company and TM Industries—two companies doing seriously impressive work in defense manufacturing across aerospace, marine and more. It’s one thing to talk about large-format machining capabilities, and another to see it up close. We were proud to help bring together a group of leaders to experience it firsthand, including Senator Richard Blumenthal, Connecticut’s Chief Manufacturing Officer Kirti Patel, Ted Fisher of AdvanceCT, and Michelle Scerbin from CCAT, among others. Grateful to collaborate with John Bairos in making this visit happen.     Wrapping up Women’s History Month by inspiring an Wrapping up Women’s History Month by inspiring an amazing group of women was nothing short of special. @swadle led an insightful presentation on how to grow and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence, and why it’s such a valuable tool for recruiting, job searching, lead generation, networking, and staying current on industry trends. The presentation created a supportive, engaging space where women could learn, share, and feel empowered to grow professionally.
