Maddy Mangiafico is a marketing and communications specialist based in Central Connecticut with experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and brand strategy. Over the past three years, she has played an essential role in enhancing our clients’ brand visibility through SEO-driven content, email marketing, copywriting, event marketing and driving growth through impactful communication and creative storytelling.  

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with dual B.A.s in Psychology and Public Relations, Maddy brings a creative eye and strategic approach to support our clients’ business goals. Whether it’s writing a compelling social media caption, developing SEO-driven content strategies, crafting brand storytelling campaigns, or managing digital marketing initiatives, she helps businesses strengthen their online presence and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

In addition to her work with First Position Media, Maddy serves as the Marketing and Communications Specialist at Reno Properties Group and Reno Machine Company in Newington, CT. In this role, she manages social media channels, blogs, websites, email campaigns and both digital and print advertisements. She also assists the companies in B2B partnership development and recruitment/talent acquisition. Outside of her roles, Maddy enjoys playing golf, taking Pilates classes, and watching true-crime documentaries.
